Mission Statement for Stolen Children by CPS
Our mission is to expose the systemic failures and injustices within Child Protective Services (CPS) and related agencies, advocating for truth, accountability, and reform. Through powerful storytelling, evidence-based analysis, and community-driven support, Stolen Children by CPS seeks to amplify the voices of parents, families, and children wrongfully impacted by CPS actions.
We are committed to educating the public, influencing policy change, and empowering families to fight for their rights, fostering a future where every child is protected and every family is treated with dignity and fairness. Together, we aim to rebuild trust in the system and create a society that prioritizes justice, transparency, and compassion.

About Me.
Welcome to my journey of resilience, advocacy, and hope. My name is Morris Patrick, and I am a proud father of three, a graduate of Gallaudet University, and a dedicated advocate for reform within the Child Protective Services (CPS) system. My story is one of profound challenges, unwavering perseverance, and a relentless pursuit of justice.
As a father, I faced unimaginable adversity when my family was unjustly torn apart by systemic failures. These experiences inspired me to share my journey in my upcoming book, Stolen Children by CPS, set to be published in 2025 after my court battles conclude. The book sheds light on the hidden injustices and corruption within CPS while advocating for meaningful reforms that prioritize children’s safety and protect parental rights.
Beyond writing, I am deeply committed to empowering others. With a strong background in government and law and as a current Master of Public Administration student, I am dedicated to using my knowledge and voice to educate, inspire, and drive systemic change. Through my book, workshops, and speaking engagements, I aim to create a platform for support, understanding, and action for families affected by CPS.
Thank you for being part of this mission. Together, we can expose the flaws in the system, demand justice, and protect the most vulnerable among us—our children.
